- We’re sorry but we cannot despatch any item until payment has been received. You can pay online via credit/debit card using the paypal secure payment gateway.
- Prices stated are for shipping to UK destinations only. If you are an overseas customer, please email before purchase to check if we can ship to you. There will be additional costs for overseas postage.
- We aim to despatch orders within 3 working days via Royal Mail, therefore most mainland UK orders will be received within 7 working days. However we do not gurarantee specific delivery dates and are therefore unable to accept responsibility if an item is delayed in the post and fails to arrive by a required date.
- Very occassionally an item may be out of stock. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will email to advise you or if the out of stock item forms a small part of an order (eg a decade box) we may substitute your chosen sweet for a similar variety.
- We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but should there be a problem with your order please inform us immediately via email and we will do all we can to address your concerns.
- If you are not satisfied with your order you may return it within 7 working days for a refund.
- With the exception of faulty goods, we cannot refund return postage & packing costs and we cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost in return transit to us.
- For non-personalised goods you have a statutory 7 day cooling off period during which time you may return the goods for a full refund. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee still applies to all our products.
